What I like about the RISE 300 Series lift is how well the doors, framing and finishes work with the rest of the interior. The enclosed installations sit neatly within the walls and are quite discreet. The glass lifts have a different appeal: they keep the space feeling open and allow the lift itself to become a feature. These lifts lend themselves well to either approach, making them an appealing option for residential design.

What sets Rise Lifts apart.

A champagne RISE 300 glass structure in a double-height void off a sunlit hall, its cabin lit at the ground floor, beside a floating timber staircase

Your home, unchanged

Designed to sit inside your home like they were always there.

The RISE 300 black glass control panel, with the Rise Lifts mark above the alarm and stop buttons

Safe, every ride

Multiple independent safety systems. If the power goes out, battery backup takes you safely down to the lowest landing. Peace of mind, in writing.

The RISE 300 drive behind the cabin: a frame on the hydraulic cylinder carrying two yellow pulleys for its 2:1 wire ropes

Precision Hydraulic Drive™

At the heart of every RISE 300 is our precision engineered 2:1 hydraulic drive. It pairs proven hydraulic technology with an indirect roped drive, for smooth, controlled travel, and WhisperDrive™ near silent hydraulic technology lets your lift move discreetly through your home. The machine lives in a cupboard, not above your ceiling.

RISE 300 Series questions, answered.

What happens at the Home Lift Assessment?

A Rise Lifts installer visits your home, measures where the lift would go, checks your floors, power supply and pump location, and confirms whether you'll need a building permit. You then get a written lift plan with a fixed price.

Is the price on your website what I'll pay?

It's where your price starts. The RISE 300 page shows our starting prices, plus GST. Every home is different, so your price depends on how many levels you have, whether we supply the glazed structure, and the cabin and finishes you choose. At your Home Lift Assessment we design the lift for your home and give you a fixed, written price for everything we supply and install. No follow-up sales calls, no pressure.

Do I have to pay GST?

Our prices are shown plus GST. If the lift is for someone with a disability or medical condition, it can be GST-free, with supporting documents. We'll check whether you're eligible at your Home Lift Assessment.

How long from signing until my lift is installed?

Usually 10 to 12 weeks, as of October 2026: 2 to 3 weeks for design, 6 to 8 weeks to build your lift, then the install. Your lift is built off site, so most of that time your home is untouched.

Will my home fit one?

Most homes have a spot, often somewhere you didn't expect. The RISE 300 Series fits places most people never consider, and the Home Lift Assessment tells you for certain.

What if it breaks?

Your lift has a 10-year structural warranty while we service it under a RiseCare plan, and 3 years on parts and labour while it's serviced every 12 months.

What happens in a power cut?

If the power goes out, the lift switches to its backup battery and takes you safely down to the lowest landing, so you can step out.

Want to talk it through?
